乳児連れだったのですが、スタッフの皆様がとても親切にしてくださり大変助かりましたし、心温まる滞在になりました。ありがとうございました。

This was mainly a quick overnight stay for me. I found it easy to stay here as an English speaker because most of the signage is in English. The airport shuttle times are annotated clearly. The breakfast buffet was very good, but there was a long line of people waiting at the coffee machines. I think the dinner options could be better as only a large kaiseki style meal was offered. There are balconies with the ocean views, but the seating is indoors. Overall, I would consider staying here again if i came back to Hachijojima Island.

食事が美味しかった

施設は古いが頑張っている。リゾートというレベルではないが落ち着いて滞在できると思う。ただし、施設は古いのがたたってか、隣部屋の音が相当響く。滞在中は隣室の会話内容が把握できるレベルだった。

部屋からの眺めが最高に良い。海を見ながら入る露天風呂も良かった。

Good service of staff, dinning is a little bit limited.

Old but well maintained and the rooms are quite spacey! Lovely property, good breakfast too. I liked that the satellite building is abandoned and turned into a haunted house, that was super cool

ロビーの椅子やレストランのテーブルなども広々と配置しており開放感がある。建物自体は古いが堅牢な作りだと感じた。 大浴場があるのであまり使わないかもしれないが、部屋のバスタブやウォシュレットは新しいものが備え付けられていて気持ちが良い。 大浴場のお湯の表面に汚れが目立つのが残念。さっと汚れを取る網などがあれば良いと思った。

海と星空が綺麗で、露天風呂からの景色も最高でした。受付やスタッフも大変ご親切で気持ちがよく、また利用したいと思います。

I stayed on a father-daughter trip with my 3 year old in early March (apparently the rainiest month of the year here). The exterior looks a bit dated but the updated room was above my expectations. The wifi worked well and the DVD rental collection at the front desk was perfect for kids - crucial as it was raining the whole time. Attentive staff, food was fine (dinner & breakfast). Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Would recommend for families. My daughter wants to come back with the whole gang once it gets warmer and try out the pool.
