The staff were pretty decent ,they were helpful
. But the safety standards while dining in and arrangement of the breakfast wasnt safe . The glass plate fell and hit my leg nearly i got injured but im okay
For this reason im giving the hotel only 2.stars

We love the Koa. Staff are fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Food is lovely and location is on point. Close to Finn's and Atlas beach clubs, the big Ferris wheel and an Awesome Spanish Tapas Restaurant.
