Nice big bedroom for family with 2 kids!

Great location, close to metro station. Staff was very kind guiding us and storing our luggage.

Reviews are old and hotel is pretty nice fridge didnt work but other than that it was clean and staff was really nice

Great location, within walking distance to train station.

very nice stay. professional staff.

The staff were very friendly, and hotel was very clean. AC worked fine. The hotel, however, is very dilapidated. It is a 2-star hotel at best.

👌

Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Room is large, quite modern, very comfortable.

Stayed here during a road trip through northern italy. Was brief but we enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was not great but edible.

Was an interesting stay. We had 4 children, one infant, and four adults in two rooms. They hotel had a water issue that was understandable . The estimates of time till completion was a little frustrating with getting kids bathed. Was a warm day out and thought A/C would be available in the rooms but they had been turned off for the season. Opened windows and over night it did cool off. Bed could be freshened up as frames needed new boards and pillows need to be replaced. Nice bedding and towels. Great location and Florence is still one of our favorite cities. Staff was amazing and willing to help with anything.
