Friendly staff and great service good location, alot of road noise day and night order that stay was good will recommend to friends

Nice rooms

Very approachable staff and very quite and clean hotel😊

The property is excellent and very affordable- Check in was on my phone but the deposit required interaction with the front desk as well as the submission of contact tracing sheet.

Property location was good, close to malls, it park and downtown. Rooms was cleaned everyday with friendly staff. Only bad thing was only served breakfest. No restaurant after breakfest buffet. Had to leave hotel to find food

Everything about this property is great just one issue I had, the TV picture is often bad and limited channels. There are probably 20 English channels, and HBO is included. The room is comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, full size fridge, pool, laundry. The free breakfast is Filipino food only and limited selection.

My stay at Alicia Apartelle was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful in time of need. The hotel has a garage for parking personally owned vehicles. Traffic can be hectic, therefore if you decide to drive around, the security guards will direct traffic in order for you to exit the hotel parking onto the road. The hotel is close to the Gaisano Country Mall and is located across the street from various restaurants and cafe's.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Very nice, cooperative, clean, great lobbies, close our business

Perfect!!!
