很好 The front desk staff was helpful. This hotel seems to have a lot of groups that can keep the elevators busy creating long wait times. Our room service breakfast order was never picked up thus breakfast never arrived. Good bed. No airport shuttle but taxis readily available.

Excellent hotel, well appointed rooms. Very courteous and helpful staff! This hotel is away from city centre. The hotel does offer free shuttle service to the nearest tram station through the day. The trams run every 10 minutes to city center. The hotel has a good fitness ce ter, breakfast buffet and hot spa pool! Giovanni and Samuel the chauffeurs for the shuttle were extremely pleasant and hospitable! All in all - a good stay!

Clean room, location is far from main attractions but they have a shuttle/van service and drop you at the tram station which it’s a good deal.

Rooms were clean. Hotel was also great. Restaurant manager/ server seemed a bit arrogant and the food (dinner) was terrible. Hotel is in an unpleasant area and we were advised not to walk arou nd the area. No local shops or restaurants. The tram stop also seems to attract unsavoury characters and as a whole felt unsafe..

Great Hotel. Very good and helpful staff all throughout.
The elevators do take some time so remember to factor it in your schedule.
Rooms are well maintained and stocked with the basics like water and coffee.
