Staff and location were excellent Property not qualified as an Hotel (No lobby, no elevator at night,… )

The hotel is brand new and in a perfect location for everything

You will not sleep here! The loudest environment I’ve ever stayed at!!!

Room was very clean, we appreciate the proximity and the helpful staff!

The ladies at the reception desk were awesome ! Perfect location on the main pedestrian street connected to many other pedestrian streets full of shops and restaurants. It was flat surfaces which we appreciated . Rooms and hotel immaculately spotless. We had a standard room and the only con was that is was extremely small with only one spot for a suitcase. We looked into switching to a larger room but there was still only one spot for a suitcase, so we stayed and saved the extra $$$.

The hotel location is right in the heart of the city. Perfect to walk

Overall the hotel was excellent and staff were great. Our first night we didn't have hot water, only warm, but the concierge fixed the issue with the boiler and we had hot water an hour later. We also had issues with the lights/TV turning off in our room constantly, as if the motion sensor didn't recognize we were there. It was a bit annoying. This has nothing to do with the hotel per se, but I would not stay directly on Corso Italia again. The strip is quite noisy at night and I recommend staying a bit further away.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Can be a bit noisy and eye masks are necessary especially early morning without blackout shades.

It’s a new hotel so paint and everything was fresh. They even had a Dyson at the room. Service was very friendly. And it’s in old town. Super central with great restaurants nearby.
