We arrived late at about 3am and the manager still accommodated us by greeting us and showed us to our room.
Very clean and great service.

還好 Didn't let me in after multiple attempts.
They lied and said i never turned up but then told me that I left after 40 minutes.
No refund or accountability whatsoever and terrible untrustworthy people.

還好 Had a family medical emergency happen overnight, meaning couldn't stay at accommodation, staff were very rude when I was explaining the situation and requesting a refund under the exceptional circumstances, to go towards an airfare to see sick family member,I was told I should have been more "clever" when making the booking. Very rude and inconsiderate

Our host was fantastic and made sure we had whatever we needed.
The continental breakfast was more than sufficient and our stay was very good.

I liked the way i was welcomed despite the fact that i arrived earlier than check in time. I loved the clean environment and quiteness. The place really felt like home.
