The room was very clean and nice. Got lots of stores surrounding, very convenient. Night time was nice and quiet too. Recommend.

Food not good at the hotel. Poor gym. Staff not flexible.

Room and service seems good.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. My room was cleaned and thoughtfully reorganized every day. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly throughout my stay. They even gave me a gift at check-out, which was a lovely surprise — and that’s not even mentioning the welcome gift at check-in, a pack of masks that I found very thoughtful. The room had everything I needed, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, with many great bakeries, restaurants, and bars nearby.

Everything is good. Thank you for letting us check in early

Clean , good service and convenient area for food

I booked a non-smoking room through Hotels.com. But I was offered a smoking room because of lack of communication between the platform and the hotel. Since no other room was available, I was forced to stay in that room for a night. That was terrible. But with the ionizer provided by the hotel, I felt a little better. But this is really poor & I wasn’t offered any discount for this.

Clean , friendly staff , and overall very good

Very comfortable, clean, service excellent, near to restaurants, value for money.
