The staff are very helpful. There were some mosquitos in the room but the hotel provided a plug in repellant. Our room didn't have any tables by the bed.

This is a resort property with each room being a separate building. My room was certainly a decent size. The buffet-style breakfast, which was just average, was served in a separate building near the reception building. Staff members were helpful and friendly. Note that this hotel is not in the more convenient location, which is the promenade parallel to the river.

The property is clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of extra firm mattresses and didn't have good sleep for the 2 nights that I stayed there.

Overall ok but wouldn’t stay there again.

Bel hôtel personnel très serviable ..attention ils reçoivent des groupes et donc ça peut être très bruyant.. Par contre, bien noté comme sur le site de l’hôtel qu’il n’y a plus de piscine

Place tranquille près du pont de l’amitié avec le Laos. Service impeccable. Personnel qui comprend peu l’anglais mais très gentil

Very good value for money. The rooms we’re comfortable and clean. A little bit out of town so transport is necessary. Simple but enjoyable breakfast and staff are helpful and polite.

ห้องพักสะอาดมาก บรรยากาศดี ต้นไม้เยอะ อาหารเช้ามีหลายอย่างอยู่ ยุงเยอะไปหน่อย ถนนทางเข้าขรุขระ เข้าออกได้ 2 ทาง ใกล้สะพานมิตรภาพไทยลาว ไม่มี 7-11 ใกล้ๆ ต้องไปแถวๆด่านข้ามแดนหนองคาย

Amazing hotel complex, above my normal budget for solo traveller, but it was in gorgeous setting, not really local unless you’ve got transport, Rooms, pool breakfast all excellent
