출장 중 이용했는데, 시설 깔끔하고, 뷰좋고 사장님도 친절해서 좋았습니다.

They kept my airpods even though I asked many times to get it back

비록 예약한 방은 아니었으나 친절했음 아침에 산책할곳도 많음

너무 춥고 지저분해요...프론트에 계신분 너무 불친절함..

급하게 예약한 결과... 잘알아보시고 가세요 여긴 냄새가 완전...ㅡㅡ

We booked in for view tower resort but was given to stay at Miracle Hotel unexpectedly which was the hotel next door. No bath towels were given except 2 hand towels. We were not able to communicate cos they couldn’t speak English. There was no one in the Miracle Hotel and we have to cross over to the View Tower to call someone to serve us.

The bathroom smelled. Cleaned up after complaint, Staff nice enough Sad that the place is left to deteriorate.

The Annex building doesn't have proper reception. We went to the main building to ask about checking-in. The staff is very friendly and he is expecting us to come, so the check-in service is quick. It's good that the staff can communicate in English. However, there's no house-keeping during our stay and they don't provide bath towel until we asked for it.
