I tried to contact the hotel many times to arrange the airport shuttle and never got a reply, so I made my own arrangements. The bathtub had a yellow stain and mold and the hand held shower head was not easy to use without spraying the bathroom(poor design)Breakfast was good, but no juice or fresh fruit. Staff was average. Automatic air fresheners made me feel ill. Room was large. No room service over our two night stay

The whole experience in this hotel was good and it was in a great location! Will be back! Thank you!

Rooms are small and need renovation, ok for a few nights.

Bed bugs everywhere, dirty bed sheets. Tiny bathroom couldn’t even take a shower. Dirty towels. Terrible stay

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ms. Elif and her colleagues did an excellent job cleaning the room. She was always smiling!

We stay here regularly as the hotel and the organisation are super helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, I needed to work whilst here and they have been very supportive of getting me set up so I’m comfortable whilst working. Area is spot on for everything!

Not much of choice in breakfast buffet, no hot food or toasts even the traditional Turkish breakfast and no drinks either.

Home from home, perfect for our needs! Stayed here a couple of times now and going again soon!

Initially, I got a room on the third floor. But the room smelled like someone just smoked in, window crank was broken. They gave me another one on the second floor which also was smelly. Rooms and bathrooms were tiny
