This was in its days a luxury hotel but its beginning to look dated. If modern is what you are looking for. This wont be your place.

很好 Usually a great experience staying at Crowne Plaza Hefei but this time service seems to have dropped. Eg my bathroom lights didn't work. Also when I ordered fish and chips for dinner I only received fish fingers. No chips or fries. A little disappointed.

超讚 Our arrival was delayed a day and a half due to inclement weather in Montreal. Staff held our room and a 4 am check in went flawless.
