Excellent séjour.

Very good breakfast buffet with many items for everybody, made to order eggs also! Much better than other Ibis hotels. Good AC, Good hot water and enough TV channels. Friendly, helpful staff in every department. Close to the Casa Port railway station and T3 Tram. Walkable to the Old City and other shopping areas, many eating places around. Little bit dark in the bathroom for shaving. Small soap maybe better than hand soap liquid. No tea/coffee making facilities or kettle. Not in the common areas also. But you can buy at the cafe. This is our second time stay in this hotel, very good and may come back again!

The bed was so had, we barely spelt with back aches, the AC was not working well. The bathroom sink like always was dripping and made the whole bathroom wet

We had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Casa Port. The highlight of our visit was the staff, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. From check-in to departure, everyone made us feel valued and well cared for. The hotel’s location is also excellent, especially for travelers looking to explore Casablanca or access transportation easily. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience offered great value for the price. Thanks to the outstanding hospitality, we would gladly stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Close to casa port railway station. Lots of shopping places around. T3 tram line also close to this hotel. Good AC, hot water, enough TV channels. Good breakfast. No kettle in the room. No fridge also. No tea/coffee in the lobby area. Dark bathroom made difficult for shaving! Less places to hang our things.

When I arrived I was assigned a room but when I got there it had not yet been cleaned. I returned to the lobby and informed them and was immediately given another one that was.

Great hotel! Very close to downtown and to main train station. Loads of shopping establishments around. Only problem it is slightly hidden and Google maps gives you the direction to a secondary street nearby. Just approach someone on nearby hotels and they'll direct you to it for sure.

The room's cleanliness left much to be desired; there were no towels and I had to call reception several times before they finally brought them. Also, the air conditioning didn't cool properly. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly.

Great location. Near the airport bus stop and in front of the train station. Perfect for an overnight stay to go explore the city. The room is clean, relatively spacious and bright. Will definitely come back.
