Great location. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights before cruise and 1 night for after cruise before flying home. Excellent friendly check in service. We were able to safely drop off luggage before check in. Only issue was communication from and to hotel

If I could give 10 stars, I would! From the moment we checked in to the moment we left everything was perfect. The staff were so helpful and kind, always available when you wanted them. The room was immaculately clean and a great size. Air conditioning worked great, bed and pillows comfortable. Ideal location centralized between the historical sites. Awesome restaurants within walking distance and onsite breakfast was a huge plus! They were even kind enough to open breakfast early on our departure day to ensure we didn't leave with empty stomachs. If we ever end up in Rome again, we will 100% book here. Thanks you Rapheal and Team for making our time at our hotel the best of our entire trip to Italy!!!

Clean room Good breakfast and very responsive staff. Full flight of stairs though to reach the elevator which did not make it easy with the wheelchair for one of us
