The staff was nice . Everything else was terribly Only stayed one night of the 3 booked

Phuluang Hotel is right in the centre of Loei. It is a 50 baht tuk tuk ride from the bus station. Check-in/Check-out was prompt and efficient. I was in a twin room and the room is an adequate size, particularly for one person. It has lots of storage and seating. The TV has lots of channels, but mostly in Thai. The bed was comfortable and I found it very quiet at night. The bathroom was a decent size. However, the shower was only lukewarm. Overall, I would recommend this hotel due to its location and great value.

Room is clean and has everything what you need to spend night but it is aged, a little bit dusty. Staff nice but not really speaking English. Didn't like the city too much

Had one of the cheap rooms basic and clean with clean towels and water every day - very friendly staff fm manager down - great location - basically you get what you pay - definitely recommend it

Cost £8 a night centre of city clean bed bathroom but we'll worn but the price!!!!!!?

On arrival received very helpful maps of the environment. The documentation on Phi Ta Khon Festival was glossy but not relevant. An article by Sjon Hauser on internet was far more helpful and exhaustive. Very helpful staff. Had a great massage.

Unpretentious budget hotel in centre of Loei. Easy walk to most places of interest. Good value, friendly staff.
