This a beautiful and serene property. The location is perfect for central activities and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only problem was the bathroom were we stayed, the shower headed wasn't working properly. The room was clean and spacious.

The staff go above and beyond to make your stay worry free. They arranged transport for the airport and they also arranged a special dinner for a birthday celebration. They have so much to offer as far as dinners, beach clubs and more. This was our second time staying for 10 days and it won’t be our last. We requested the same room #8 which was so perfect for a couple. The hotel is very clean and they provide a nice little breakfast that will hit the spot and get you going for the day.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The staff cleaned the courtyard and pool throughout the day. Breakfast was minimal but timely and fresh. This is a hidden gem. Just steps from the beach in one direction and steps to 5th Ave in the other. A perfect location.

Everyone was very friendly. Pretty quiet for being off 5th. Very clean. We loved our stay.

I traveled with one other family member and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a private driver with our hotel and it was a smooth and quick ride from the Cancun Airport. Upon arrival, we met with Laura at the front desk. She is so lovely and helpful. She speaks great English and we had no confusion. The staff was very friendly also. The night time security, Miguel, was the best! He always welcomed us in and took the time to listen to all of our adventures. Ruben was amazing with breaking down our travel packages for excursions and sending reminders and updates. Jose is amazing as well, he is so friendly and helps make you feel right at home. They are a great team! Our hotel room was very clean. We never had an issue asking for more towels, soap, etc. The pool is a major plus! They always have staff cleaning it for the best use!

The only issue which was minor, they evidently have very small water heaters so showers need to be quick

We stayed for a week in the 1 bedroom unit. Hotel was clean (and pretty!), excellent and fresh continental breakfast. Staff were very accomodating and able to support us with all our questions, needs and recommendations. Location was great - a few blocks to the beach and right by 5th ave. It can be a bit noisy because of it's location but everything else more than makes up for it. They have their own parking garage which is a bonus for those renting a car. I really can't say enought - highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were great, the location was great, and we really loved having multiple bedrooms and a kitchen. It was a great setup to enjoy Playa Del Carmen but also to on tour to the Mayan sites and other attractions.
