The hotel is not disable friendly and so old people cannot also use this place. Its time we had more sensitivity about all age groups.

還好 Hotel Room Booking done via Expedia with a written confirmation, but when visited the hotel they had sold out all rooms. High mismanagement at Hotel. Nobody from senior management of hotel ready to take any responsibility.
