The units are a bit worn but they are quiet, safe and location makes up for it when I stay in Auckland as it's close to family and shopping amenities.
Parking outside your allocated unit and there are smoking areas for those that smoke. The single bedroom apartments have a private outdoor area where you can smoke.

I never used the laundry service. Clean room, good parking and great staff. Always a nice place to stay. Facilities are not 5 star hotel but it does a great job for the price.
