Every thing was fine, excelente staff and service. Close to dinner places and accessibility to tours around the city

Great location. My key didn’t work so. Almost couldn’t get in at 11:30 pm. They lock the doors at 11p

Clean, comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. Interesting building and friendly, helpful staff.

Staff very nice, but, everything was way to controled, even the cups for coffee were hard to get. Fridge in room didn't work and after 3 days of informing them, nothing was done. Left hotel 2 days before my checkout date...

Great Place, would stay again

Excelente locación

When I booked it, I was not very aware that it is the best location in Toledo! Walking distance to everything. Most of all, taxi comes right to the hotel door. Delicious eating in the plaza next to it. Tons of little stores nearby, including grocery store. The hotel is very clean and nice. Surely that the remodeling was recent - everything looks quite new. Amazing that in this old building, there is a great, modern elevator. So convenient! Our double bedroom was very spacious. The only worry: getting into the shower may be dangerous, as it's built above the bath tube, which is high and slippery, and there are no handles to support help yourself.
