Wonderful

This hotel is great for proximity to the Haram, Overall I would say its great with just one small drawback. The food stall in the building of the hotel cause a lot of food odors, all day you will smell food while staying here. The service and food was amazing

Room was clean and maintained. Food was good and room service as well.

On our arrival at reception, we were seen to by Omer. He was very professional in his manner to check in

New favorite place to stay! Fantastic experience

This hotel offers an exceptional stay just steps from the Kaaba, with spacious, elegant rooms and some offering beautiful views of the Haram. The staff are courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Its unbeatable location makes it easy to attend prayers, and the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. A perfect choice for a peaceful and comfortable stay during Umrah or Hajj.

During the two nights I stayed, there was constant noise coming from the next room. The guests there laughed loudly and kept the TV volume high from around 12:00 AM until 2:00 AM. I called the receptionist multiple times, but they were unhelpful and only kept saying they would send security. The duty manager on the night shift was completely irresponsible. We were exhausted and needed rest, but it turned out to be a terrible experience.

An amazing stay! The hotel is just a short walking distance to the Haram through Gate 1, making it perfect for Umrah. The beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a truly relaxing rest after long days of worship. Excellent service and a peaceful atmosphere. We will definitely return!
