on last friday night , Lee and Johng families stayed in rooms 107 and 111. all four of us were bitten by what appear to be bed bugs. we are still traveling and this has made the remainder of our trip extremely uncomfortable and stressful . we chose your hotel expecting a clean and safe environment and we paid a very high rate (780 usd per room)our stay. this experience is completely unacceptable.

Beautiful location, upgraded rooms, fantastic breakfast - in particular, the staff were wonderful maintaining and managing the guests during it; great selection of food including fresh fruit and breads. Wonderful sitting area with spectacular views. Walking distance to the best restaurants.

Nice hotel in a sleepy town.

Lovely views of the ocean and the harbor. Close to restaurants, walking distance to many. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and view was great. Easy to walk to several restaurants although there was not a fridge in the room.

Our room was very clean and the walk-in shower was great. The view was fantastic and we could see 2 glaciers! It was great to have grocery stores and gas stations in town.

Excellent location, and on a clear day it would have a wonderful view. Plenty of parking. Bathroom was tiny.

Spacious room compared to other lodgings in Iceland. Friendly staff. Breakfast included had many options. Walkable to restaurants.

There is no restaurant for the evening but the breakfast is fine. We struggled to pay with our credit card as although the card payment was accepted 3 times, the hotel system did not recognise this so we ended up paying by debit card. We now have to dispute the 3 rejected payments that have been logged on our account.

In my trip to Iceland, one of my party became injured and had to return to Reykjavík to be treated. I phoned this hotel numerous times and Expedia tried to contact them as well to cancel my reservation. They did not respond to Expedia not did they respond to me. They charge me for no reason and did not respond to any of my contacts. Do not stay here they don’t care about their guests.
