Reception staff were extremely friendly & got us checked in swiftly. They happily stored our luggage & gave our daughter a complimentary voucher for a cocktail as we were in Liverpool celebrating her graduation. We had three rooms booked all of which were very comfortable and we all slept brilliantly. Only criticism would be that the parking at the adjacent multi storey carpark was expensive, a discounted rate for hotel residents would have been appreciated.

Great location, we visited for the recent rugby which was a 20 minute walk away.

Friendly staff. Lovely looking hotel with very funky decor. Clean room. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices. The only slight negative we would say is that when we went down to the restaurant for the evening meal, we were given the menu but were not told that some of the options were unavailable, we only found this out when we went to order. Then we had to wait a long time for our food. Overall, we would stay again.

Nice hotel in a great location - very well presented and very convenient for shops. Lack of parking was the only issue but the multi-storey was next door but was pricey, All in all very nice and in a great part of town.

Parking wasn’t included so I had to pay £50 just for parking on top of the booking for hotel and in the morning 8 am there was a fire alarm was going on two days in raw and room service keep trying to come in when the sign is outside it was just not the experience that I was expecting

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t spotlessly clean and the bathroom had an odd wet room area for the toilet and shower which smelled like urine. Not sure if this was the drains as it seemed clean enough in there
