Very poor

Bed was not really that comfortable. If only stay overnight is not bad but with long stay you are better off paying more for a higher quality hotel. Dated hotel in need of upgrade on flooring and other items. Repetitive breakfast contents. Although staff was trying to accommodate to request made to them, limited authority prevented them to do a better job to guests.

Average room conditions. Staff are nice and trying to accommodate but lack of authoritiy to make decisions to support guests.

I booked 2 rooms. One for me and my wife. And the other was for my daughter and husband for the trip. The beds were not as comfortable as we would like, so we had to upgrade for one with better bed. All the rooms had minor issues such as TV remote not working, bathroom not drained etc. But the kitchen staff was accommodating in adjusting serving times to meet our needs which were very nice. Staff was nice in general, inconsistent in providing correct answers was at times confusing to us. Lack of an extra room card key was a factor needing change to accommodate guest who has partner who needed to go separate ways. Quite inconvenient at times. And this is a dated hotel that needs update.

Comfortable bed and many things within walking distance or short Grab ride away.
