The most delightful and cozy onsen hotel. Great hot springs, food and service. You will feel relaxed and cared for.

The have free flow of coffee , ice cream and sparking wine. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was excellent. They even helped me with my luggages Will definitely return stay if I’m at Hakodate

Clean, comfortable and spacious.

Hotel is small but good enough. Breakfast is excellent, many choice. taste good also.

This was our second stay here. Would always come back.

Very new home style ryokan. The half board is a very good value with good dinner for sushi.

We enjoyed our stay so much we booked the same hotel for another day. Staff were very attentive, room was very comfortable, Onsen was lovely and Japanese breakfast/complimentary sparkling wine/coffee/ice cream were amazing. We had a car to drive around so location wasn’t an issue. Late night munch were close by with a noodle bus only couple of mins away. The GPS in car works well with the google map backup. It’s easy to get around. I’d come back here if I’m in the area again

We checked in at 8pm on Sep. 7th. The lady at the front desk had a piss poor attitude. There was no greeting or any sense of hospitality. Instead we got a glare like: what are you doing here? We asked for help to bring in the luggage and she pretended to not understand. Once we had everything but one luggage in then they dispensed a courier to bring in the last luggage - without any hospitality as well. I was carrying three luggage’s and the bell boy picked one up and walked off. Check in was equally horrible. At the end of it she didn’t even point us to the direction of our rooms. While this hotel is nice and clean and the person we spoke to on the phone was nice. The front desk lady should not work in hospitality.

The overall experience was pleasant. The room was clean and modern. The onsen experience was nice. The complimentary ice cream and sparkling wine offered was a nice touch.
