Loved the location. Super convenient to access many of the things we wanted to do in Chamonix. The room layout was perfect for us. Thank you

We had the most wonderful two night stay. We were upgraded to a large two bedroom apartment . The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. All staff we met were very friendly . I had emailed the hotel a few times before arrival and the service I received was wonderful . I highly recommend wonderful Appart Hotel le Genepy , thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️❤️

The lift is out order for 2 days! We are a family of two adults, one kid and two elderly with 4 big suitcases!
Just 3 bath towels offered for fifth-pax family!
At the last day, the car park gate was out of order and I have to get the key from reception and go back to the gate again!

很好 A 10am checkout time (and a call at that time to let you know) screams we just want to make money instead of any consideration for guest comfort
