Staff are very couteous and helpful. Clean rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Clean, friendly, great walkable location, safe neighborhood

This is an affordable place for everyone who wants to explore Bogor area. The location is perfect, close to shopping center as well as the botanical garden. Breakfast has some Indonesian menu options. The main cons for this place is the facilities that are not well maintained, AC remote didn’t work, electricity outage happened many times during my stay, like 4x in the morning.

Nice and quite place will return ac very cold

Great place

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and helpful.

Happy with the service and the hotel

Nice clean hotel value for money

overall it was a pleasant experience and the staff are approachable and willing to be helpful. But some of the rules are a bit rigid or inflexible. There were charges for things that should have been included like 3 pillows for 3 people, but they charged us extra for a third pillow. Wouldn't allow for late checkout . . .

I stay at Zest Bogor several times a year and find it to be consistently outstanding.
