Very clean but there’s no breakfast daily and late checkout wasn’t available for 2 hrs even though it says max 2 hrs.

Very impressed. Great location, clean and excellent Housekeeping services.Never did find the coffee shpp but plenty of options nearby. Would definitely book again! The only complaint was there were only a few small drawers and 3 hangers. Great for short stays but for 7 nights, I felt my belongings were scattered.

Great location. We were on the 7th floor overlooking the lake and Lotte tower. The view was great night and day.
The cleaning staff was friendly. The hotel decor might not be to everyone’s taste but it was clean and well stocked with amenities.
Would definitely stay again if back in that area.

We got this hotel for the view of Lotte World and Seoul Sky. There’s a park right in front too. Although a little dated, it has everything you need in a hotel. A little bit of a walk to Jamsil station but doable.
