Great location, great staff, fair prices Only downsides are Rooms are very small if you have more than 2 travel bags , you will have to life out of suitcases On site “restaurant “ leaves ALOT to be desired, McDonalds has better Fortunately numerous other places to eat at

Nice room size, appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and steamer by request. Was there for a trade show. Great proximity to Javits and good food on 9th. Had a great stay.

Super convenient to get to msg

Clean, safe and good location

Very nice hotel. Room & bathroom was very clean…however, carpet appeared to be a little bit dingy. No microwave and only a beverage cooler. Not a lot of room for restaurant leftovers. Overall, we loved the hotel. Great location and excellent staff. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

My room was not the cleanest, there was hair in my shower, and my coffee station didn’t get refreshed.

This hotel was located within a short walk of Penn Station. The decor was modern and although the room was a little small it was clean, comfortable and well thought out. The location is fantastic. Trains, buses, Amtrak, water taxi were all right in the area and very easy to get to. I think I found my go to hotel when visiting New York City.

The location was fantastic—just a short walk from Penn Station, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel was quiet, clean, and felt very safe throughout my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City.

Love the hotel. Not my first stay and I will come back again.
