Staff came into the room to clean before check out. Very surprised and unpleasant experience . Never come back to this hotel and highly not recommend .

The staff is not friendly!! The bed was very soft and old. I belive the picture was very deceiving. Not what we expected.

The all facilities are to old even if it’s the cheap price.

After housekeeping, no replacement of towels. When called out to front desk, staff did not understand english.

There were hair on the bedsheets and toilet shower area sink when we checked in. Room was kinda small and didn't look as new and good as in pic. Location is not convenient at all. The nearest shops outside the hotel was a convenient shop and cafe. I do not understand why reviews stated it's very convenient and near to mall & many shops. We saw other cafes when our cab passed by on the way to hotel but it's not very near; need to walk quite a distance. Staffs were pleasant but couldn't speak fluent English so communication was a bit difficult as we need to keep repeating.

The hotel condition was great and spacious.

Hotel was near the cliff line of the ocean, and is being renovated or something. It smelled like paint and there were workers everywhere. The hotel breakfast was horrible. Walk down to the coffee shop or convenience store instead.
