Beautiful property. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool and amazing garden / terrace. I had the basic room and it was plenty big enough and very comfortable. If you intend to explore you’ll need to hire a car but I stayed 3 nights and didn’t need to leave the hotel. My massage with Maria was lovely. I’d definitely recommend

不錯單獨出遊
The service was slow.
Not the standard I would’ve expected at this Hotel as I have stated here before.
The rooms are very poorly soundproofed.
The room was lovely, but there is no full length mirror…
The room service food was appalling and when I complained about this in the morning, I’ve got a very frosty response from the receptionist even though they did cancel it off the bill I was made to feel. I shouldn’t be complaining.
I’m not sure that I would stay here again as it is a beautiful hotel, but they really do need to update a game with their customer service and the soundproofing of the rooms is really bad.

很好 A lovely restored castle that was a great first stop on a short tour of inland Andalucia.

Lovely hotel set in lovely landscape, rooms big and comfortable however we stayed in the not so warm weather and found the lack of heating in the bathroom an issue but we were given a heater to help. Slippers would have helped as the floors in room were very cold
The rooftop area and gardens are exquisite and lovely to sit on warmer days. The staff are wonderful and the bar food wonderful, the restaurant is nice too and the staff very attentive.
Overall a great experience to stay in a castle .

Just an all round nice stay. Nothing outstanding. That may have been something to do with a refurbishment due.
