Property is very old and not anywhere near as shown in pictures.

We liked this hotel because it is value for money.

Toilet seat was broken and tap, strong smell of urine , underneath the bed was dirty

A run down property and understaffed. Not professionally run.

Good spot close to the domestic airport.

Most dirtys hotel I have been in my life

Actually there is no proper service,all properties old one ,not clean

Horrendous services. Order food u will get it after 3 hours. And they don’t maintain things properly. No hot water, no good mattress for 3rd person, bathroom door didn’t have a lock, wifi used to just get disconnected for long duration . When we demanded refund for non-availability of services the whole staff practically fought with us saying that we are making baseless accusations. Ridiculous, and very very bad experience

Worst hotel one could stay at. Terrible! Do not even think of staying here.

We upgraded to the "premium" Room for an extra 1k INR room was good and comfortable , room service round the clock was a joke, we needed towels, we called room service twice but no one came in the end i had to walk out of my room and get towels, we were staying there for just a night, had a hectic day and came back to the room only to find out that our ac wad not working, called room service again to see if theu can fix it l,the guy said he'll check and tell us in ten mins, nothing happened in the end. During our check out i paid for an ac room for which the ac didnt work than you hotel milan "international"
