To ensure a pleasant stay, get in touch in advance and provide details required. The rooms were clean, staff were helpful and supportive. Air conditioning worked and breakfast was good.

While the hotel has potential, my stay was severely impacted by plumbing issues in the bathroom. The shower drain was heavily clogged, causing water to pool and drain exceptionally slowly over several hours. Additionally, a strong, unpleasant odor emanated from the drain, which made the bathroom quite uncomfortable to use. I hope management addresses these maintenance and hygiene concerns promptly.

10 out of 10 would stay here again! The staff was helpful, friendly, and very responsive to email requests. Was comfortable with great Wi-Fi and a mini fridge. We had a very small grocery nearby as well as a metro stop, but the whole neighborhood was full of restaurants and shopping. We felt 100% safe due to the multi lock system to get in. I recommend!

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Location is great, walking distance from the Vatican, and there’s a lot of shops and restaurants near by.

Location was good. You have to walk around two blocks for the breakfast The check out was at 11 am, I got there (coming back from the coloseum) at 11 am an my luggages were already at the office. I’m glad I had everything packed, but I felt like it was a “kick out” instead of check out.

Included breakfast at a delightful nearby cafe in a residential neighborhood.

Clean room, comfy bed, hot shower and super close location to St Peters Square. Excellent stop for any pilgrims. Easy remote check in via what's app and the staff were very helpful on a quick phone call. For the price the value was excellent 👌
