Beautiful condo. Very clean and well maintained. Secure parking garage and entrance to condos. Friendly easy check in. Walking distance from the beach and 5a. Near the parties at night, but noise was not a problem. Breakfast on the beach was $20 coupon from the hotel but better to order separate at the restaurant if you don’t need juice and coffee and bread.

Such a beautiful place to stay! It felt like my own little tropical oasis. Gave me impression that I would be closer to the beach or have more easy access to it however, that wasn’t the case nevertheless, it was a wonderful experience and I would go back.

The communication even before checking in was excellent! Instructions were very clear how to check in and the reception staff was extremely helpful, even after we checked out. They went above and beyond. The rooms were so much larger than expected. Beautiful courtyard area. Bottled water cooler supplied in the room. Location was fantastic just a block to the beach and a block to popular 5th Ave. Yes, it’s close to nightclubs but we could barely hear it from our room. It was like a low thumping in the distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was good, check in process a bit time consuming since this property does not have its own check in office. The noise from the nearby club is ridiculous, and until 3am or later, only thing that drowned it out was a noisy dehumidifier in the room so sleeping with a jet engine in the bedroom to silence the boom boom of crappy club music isn’t ideal, would not stay again. Live and learn….if it’s cheaper there is a reason lol

Nice room, beautiful space, fun location, great staff, plus some fun bonuses included like a 10-min massage! Only minor complaints are limited hot water and can get a little noisy late night because it's next to open air nightclubs, so plan to blast white noise on your phone when going to sleep

A great space. Not The Four Seasons...but this is Playa del Carmen. Spacious and clean. Great location. Other reviews raise concerns about noise from the street. I am a light sleeper, and was there during perhaps the three biggest party nights of the year - Halloween and Dia del Muerto. It was loud out on the street, but mostly quite quiet in our unit.

Downtown PdC with secure parking at reasonable price. Large apartments with privacy and great service. Loved it and would return.

El hospedaje cumplio con cada detailed,, asombrosamente Limpio!!! La cocina bien equipada y ni hablar de la decoration muy bella ,,, diagrams mucho nuestra estancia,,, la super recomiendo.. ( Nuestro check out fue en la madrugada pues el vuelo era temprano ,,, todo rapido y en tiempo el personal muy atento)

Very noisy clubs playing loud music all night
