Wonderful time spent in the relaxing town of Hakone. The hotel is surrounded by natural beauty. The onsen was a wonderful alternative to our canceled plans due to all the rain so glad we were able to have some time to experience it and unwind. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety.

超讚 Staff knew who I was and were attentive to our needs from the moment we walked in the door. Hakone is a wonderful and relaxing location and the resort has a wonderful private spa where you can enjoy the hot springs in comfort.

還好 Overpriced.
Rooms are nice, but food is very basic. Breakfast is ok. Staff is very nice and amazing.
They don’t have a gym which I don’t understand why. The hotel has a shuttle bus that takes you everywhere for free which is very nice.

Clean and spacious room. The beds on the floor were not very comfortable, especially the pillows. Staff was very helpful in making arrangements when possible although they did not seem to know much about the Five Lakes area. Overall if you are interested in Hakone/Gora this is a great property.

Exceptional service from staff who went above and beyond. We dined at both the French and sushi restaurants and the food was amazing. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. The onsen was a great experience.
