What an amazing location and what an amazing hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly. The food was great. The location was stunning. All in all, a must go place if you are visiting Rotorua - only about 15 minutes drive from all the action.

超讚 This property is "a little piece of heaven." It was our second time visiting from the U.S. and a big reason we came back to New Zealand was to experience this wonderful property again. It did not disappoint. It is one of our favorite places we have been to - ever! And we have traveled a lot. Can't say enough good things.

Everyone at this hotel was very accommodating. Beautiful rooms with great views. Breakfast was great each morning, and Nicky was a fantastic server going above and beyond. Dinner was also very good. It is outside the central rotoura area and as such most tours won’t pick you up there, but it is a 10 min drive into town and we found it very easy to get an uber quickly, so no issues getting around.
