Great location, close to bus terminal and town center. Staffs were very polite and provided great service. Public bath was clean and relaxing. Highly recommended this hotel and would love to go back to stay again.

すべてが完璧でした。
お部屋、接待、お食事、温泉のお湯、素晴らしかったです。宿全体に流れている雰囲気も良かったです。プライベート感もあり、また必ず行きたいお宿です。

Clean rooms and great service. Some staff know some English and if they dont they will try their best to help you.
Food was excellent! Be sure to get their breakfast and dinner! The onsen was relaxing.

The staff were very accommodating and kind. Our experience here has become a highlight in our Japan trip! Especially the half board menu where we experienced a hearty, well-balanced dining experience specializing in traditional Japanese food using local, fresh ingredients. The onsets were big and very well kept. We enjoyed our stay here!

This ryokan was lovely- all the staff were so accommodating and made us feel very special! The ryokan itself is dainty and pleasant. There was public Onsens for women’s and men’s separate (in the women’s there was 1 indoor and 1 outdoor public Onsen with shower room inside). You can also book a private Onsen when you arrive - they have 45 min time slots for 3000 yen! Also very quick walk to Yubatake and the bus station! Would recommend
