Très bien accueillie par le propriétaire très sympa, qui nous donne des conseils pour la visite des 5 terres et nous donne des adresses de resto... A proximité d'une des gares de La Spezia, mais moins bien desservie que la Spezia centrale. Chambre récente et très bien entretenue

8 minutes walk to local station 3 minutes walk to supermarket close to main boulevards … room & bathroom were good sizes, Giovanni was very helpful & accommodating

Property owner was amazing and extremely helpful. He even had bicycles for rent to ride around town. Lots of things to see and do all within walking and cycling distance. Cannot stress how great the owner was. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Great for visitors to Melbourne or those transiting through Melbourne. Easy access to airport (if that is possible in Melbourne), and local public transport. Many good restaurants close by.
