超讚 The facilities are great, the staffs were incredible , the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were excellent!
Exceptional services and convenient shuttle service - can't ask anymore! Definitely will be back and recommend to others.

温泉は源泉かけ流しで温度も丁度良かった
チェックインが大分遅くなってしまったが、スタッフ全員の方が暖かく迎えてくれてありがたかったです 従業員の教育がとても良く行き届いてると思いました

Very clean. Staff speaks a little english but they try their best to get their message across. They give way too much food with the included kaiseki. Better bring your appetite.

Wow. Beautiful location. Attentive staff, gorgeous interior and exterior design, food is wow. Room is wonderful.
Only thing is, not many plugs to charge your devices lol.

Foreigners, the food style is more traditional,and this region is famous for seafood.
