Fabulous service from both front of house staff and housekeeping.
ALLOWED ME VERY EARLY CHECK IN.
Good rooms and I have a knee injury at the moment and everyone went out of their way to help me.

還好 Experienced a cockroach infestation. Killed a few in the room but others fled behind the cupboard and a few more were hiding under the dresser in plain sight. Called the housekeeper who came with a bottle of insect killer. The receptionist was friendly and agreed to change my room, though the 2nd room also had one cockroach in the bathroom. Hotel should consider engaging a pest control company to sort out this infestation permanently.
