Our stay at the Chateaux was lovely! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the view was unbeatable. It felt like staying in a castle! The toboggan ride was so fun as well! The location was also amazing with the shops being a short (albeit downhill or uphill) walk or lift-ride away. We stayed in the winter (sorry my review is so delayed!) and still felt that evening was accessible even with the snow and chilly weather. I recommend staying and will absolutely be staying here again!

The Chateau is an unbelievable property. It is so worth seeing, and such an "experience" to get a chance to stay there. And the location is simply unbeatable. The staff is truly wonderful. They do a terrific job. Lots and lots of questions to answer each and every day. They have my admiration.
This is not a knock, simply an observation. The lobby VERY crowded - very. The lobby is not as large or impressive as some. Again, very beautiful, but not the wow factor we expected. Might be due in part to the crowds. And they could use more seating in and around the lobby.
Anyway, I'm rambling. It's a beautiful, Stunning - one-of-a-kind property which you will love and should see and stay there if you can. It is gorgeous!

很好 We enjoyed the ambience of the hotel and the people there were extremely helpful. But the shower door opened inward and we couldn’t fit to take a shower and I’m big but not not extremely big.
