Stayed here with our 13 & 11 year old children… got two rooms that connected & it worked out perfectly! The breakfast delivered every morning was great. The free beer & wine with snacks in the evening was a nice surprise. Location was amazing, great for shopping, close to the fish market & right next to a Don Quixote store. Walked literally everywhere from the hotel & depending on how tired we were we would uber back when we couldn’t walk anymore. No restaurant in the hotel but there’s a ton within a 5 min walk. Not super fancy, but definitely not a budget hotel, missed having a gym in the mornings but small price to pay for a nice place to stay. It was clean & the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms were clean, love the toilets, bento box breakfast were good, sake, beer and wine available every night was awesome and so was the coffee and snacks available throughout the day. Great location and largest very comfortable bed. They need to remove the carpet in the lounge area and replace with hard surface (very dirty carpet)

Super clean and modern, nice snacks, good amenities. Close to shopping and food and trains. Only thing that is needed is an extra towel rack or a couple of hanging hooks.

The rooms were spacious and in a pretty good location. The most valuable thing for us was that the staff was extremely helpful in figuring out where we needed to go. Particularly we needed help with finding a hospital for our toddler, and as Japanese medicine practices are different, we couldn’t take the children to any clinic. The front desk helped us not only fine clinics. They helped us make appointments and insured that we got the care that we needed at the right clinic

Clean and spacious room with lovely big windows. Plenty of toiletries to use and a very comfortable bath. As we were on the premium floor we had an access to an additional lounge with drinks and snacks. Breakfast was so-so, if you prefer a savoury breakfast then both Japanese and Western breakfast are good but if you are a sweet tooth then I am afraid there’s not much of it. Location is very good. Would stay there again.

A really nice boutique hotel in Ginza which is a short walk from Shimbashi station.

Booked 2 rooms on premiere floors- room with one king size and one room with 2 singles. Pros: Hotel is tucked behind busy area. Our rooms had access to small area with unlimited drinks and small snacks on 10th floor but I think 2nd floor lobby with snacks/drinks were sufficient since we don’t drink alcohol. Staff was courteous and polite. Rooms were smaller than I expected with not a lot of space to keep suitcase opened. We spent 4 nights here so kind of tight. Bigger rooms were booked already. Plenty of Toiletries provided. Lobby area with food: small portions of toast, yogurt, snacks, coffee were sufficientl to help us get ready for the day. Plenty of food places around and very close to train station. Cons: wish the room was slightly bigger or drawers were there to place our packing cubes with clothes After many weeks of research, we were pleased with this place and would Highly recommend staying in area and not in Shibuya or Shinjuki.

Breakfast box should be avoided.

There is much to love about this hotel. It has a great location close to Shimbashi Station, Ginza, Donki, and many restaurants. Snacks and drinks are available in the lobby where it is possible to cobble together a light breakfast. Coffee is pretty good too. The room is spacious and my only complaint would be that the bed is a bit too firm for me. We would stay here again.
