The property was very clean and well appointed with amenities. We did the traditional breakfast, which was amazing. Our premier room also included access to the Premier lounge with a great variety of drinks and snacks. The staff was very warm and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property again.

Small modern hotel, good location in Ginza

The location is very convenience. Donki store is right next to the hotel. It is only 10-15 mins walk to Ginza district for food and shopping. Room is spacious and clean.

They have a free mini bar for guests who lived in high floor rooms. They also provide umbrella.

For context, we are family of 4 with 2 teenagers. My husband & I have been to Japan several times but this is first for teenagers. Pro’s: Most Tokyo hotel rooms for families are 1 room with 4 beds. This works for families with young kids. But I think it’s odd for my teenagers. Karaksa had adjoining rooms with separate bathrooms…perfect for my family. Caveat is we could not figure out how to separating door. Lobby had free snacks, water, wine, & sake starting 6:30am, great to grab a bite to eat before you head out. It was perfect for a light breakfast and I stress “light”. It’s basically slice bread, muffin, dried fruit, etc. My teens like the fact that they offer ice cream as well. Staff was very helpful with setting up luggage transfer to next stop. It was $20/luggage. They used the popular Yamoto service. Staff called my next hotel to confirm they accept the service. This is absolutely worth it! But it takes 24 hr transit, & must drop bag before 10am or noon. Location was central. Literally right next door to Don Quijote & market. Easy walk to shopping in Ginza like Uniqlo. Nice that is close to everything but tucked back in smaller street so very quiet. Hotel does offer boxed breakfast delivered to your hotel room. It’s set menu, alternating between Western & Japanese breakfast each day. Con’s: Rooms are small. Pay attention to cleaning svc option. They will not give new cups w/ lowest level (Eco Level). Other levels offer more, just beware.

Room was clean, modern and reasonably functional. On the small side so opening large suitcases caused hallway blockage. Shower pressure and temperature were good. Sink area was a bit small, hard to fit toiletries around it. Like the toilet being in a separate room. Baffled as to why there is no soap in there. TV was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Bedside table very small (recurring theme in Japan) but useable. Staff were very professional and exceptionally friendly. The free snacks/drinks lobby system was actually a nice perk, we used it for a quick coffee and snack before going on early tours. Location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Ginza, near a metro station and super close to a Familymart and Donqui too.

Stayed here with our 13 & 11 year old children… got two rooms that connected & it worked out perfectly! The breakfast delivered every morning was great. The free beer & wine with snacks in the evening was a nice surprise. Location was amazing, great for shopping, close to the fish market & right next to a Don Quixote store. Walked literally everywhere from the hotel & depending on how tired we were we would uber back when we couldn’t walk anymore. No restaurant in the hotel but there’s a ton within a 5 min walk. Not super fancy, but definitely not a budget hotel, missed having a gym in the mornings but small price to pay for a nice place to stay. It was clean & the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms were clean, love the toilets, bento box breakfast were good, sake, beer and wine available every night was awesome and so was the coffee and snacks available throughout the day. Great location and largest very comfortable bed. They need to remove the carpet in the lounge area and replace with hard surface (very dirty carpet)
