Dirty facilities

Overall if needing a place to put a head down to sleep and no other place is available, this place will suffice. However, this place would not be my choice in the future due to the conditions of the room facility, limited breakfast, and no laundry facility as advertised. Room was dusty, bathroom drain did not drain well at all during showers and looked up to my ankles. I had to wipe down multiple weird brown spots around the walls doors, handles, table, chair. Entry carpet was not vacuumed. Positive, good supply of toiletries, water bottles, fresh eggs, bread.

Very spacious room with a ton of amenities. Breakfast available but also lots of options around the hotel too if you want something different. I enjoyed my time here, thank you.

Rooms are old and due for an updates and fixes. The corridors and rooms smell like smoking lounge. Gross

Cozy room, friendly staff and continental breakfast in a busy area close to both downtown and bullet train station. Well worth it!!

Everything is perfect! Front desk staff was very friendly service.

It is centrally located and is close to tourist spot and amenities like 5.18 memorial park, supermarket, and many good restaurants. The building is clean and reasonably well maintained. The room was pretty clean. I have found staffs very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty decent too. It is a great business hotel and I would definitely return to stay.

Owner and employees were very kind and helpful. A very nice small hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room had a lot of extras like tooth brush and tooth paste that you would have to ask for in a European hotel/ The room was well appointed and very good value for money
