That was a really good hotel, and I loved the pool area. The only downside was the beach, which was not clean, but overall, I liked my stay.

Todo muy bonito y las piscinas espectaculares, pero en las habitaciones tenían olor a humedad , y en el lobby una noche tuvo olor a aguas negras, de lo demás todo bien

No AC in the lobby and very poor in several facilities. Frequent blackouts affecting AC in the room with high humidity. All elevators were broken one day, so we had to climb 4 floors. Restrooms in common areas were dirty and smelled horrible. Maids did rooms very late and forgot towels. Sheets were not changed even though it was requested. The hotel lacked of personnel. My husband had an emergency ( bleeding )at 6 am and there was still no maid to clean the mess at 7:30 am when we left to the hospital. The doc didn’t want to diagnose without being paid first. NEVER allowed the ambulance to take you a private hospital. There is one public hospital near by. The hospital tried to rip off my husband with 10000 dollars deposit and because we had no money they did not put the transfusion he needed. We ended up going to a private one recommended by a friend to finish the gastroenterology treatment. Be careful where you are being sent to by the hotel.

Overall we had a good time. Food was good, the infinity pool was beautiful. Room was very big and spacious. Would definitely recommend

Great resort to visit I’m with little kids! We had a great time and there was so much to do. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was well maintained

Mi experiencia en Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort Spa & Casino fue muy satisfactoria desde la llegada hasta el final de la estancia. El hotel impresiona por su diseño moderno, sus amplios espacios y el excelente estado de sus instalaciones.

There is a huge lack of training for the employees at various restaurants and other amenities. It comes from higher management that are no where to be seen. We had a couple of problems on our stay (day 1 and day 2) and took speaking to more than 6 employees to get the issue resolved. No one wants to take responsibility. The rooms are worn out and not well kept (air broke, lack of towels, shower clogged, lights flickering, bath gel container damage and a huge amount of humidity in the room.

El hotel tiene 3 programas dentro del mismo hotel (Solo adultos, Unique y Familias). Esto trae confusión a los clientes, no puedes hacer uso de ciertas piscinas, bares o restaurantes aunque estén vacíos. Para la mayoría solo está disponible la piscina central, infinita, pero se llena de clientes y es muy ruidosa. La playa está completamente llena de sargazo por lo que todos los clientes se concentran en la piscina central. Falta animación en específico actividades deportivas. No hay días temáticos que representen la identidad del país. El staff es amable pero en ciertos sitios es lento. En el Lobby Bar por las mañanas hace mucho calor, da el sol toda la mañana a través de un cristal. Deberían poner una cortina durante el día o minimizar la entrada del sol por el bienestar de los empleados que trabajan con mucho calor. Muy buenos cócteles en todos los bares. La comida del buffet es variada pero podría estar mejor, principalmente en la plancha y en los dulces. Poca oferta de yogurt en el desayuno. El restaurante Mediterráneo es bueno y con buen servicio. En el restaurante Francés no nos gustó la comida y es muy lento, tuvimos que llamar a los chicos para que nos atendieran. Se fue la energía eléctrica durante el día, 2 días consecutivos y por consiguiente no funcionaron los ascensores. La limpieza de la habitación no es buena. La ducha se queda con el agua estancada y el mando del tv no funcionaba bien, nos dieron otro y tampoco funcionó.
