This is a great boutique hotel. The staff was great with info. The hotel was central to all tours, shopping and restaurants. We loved the comforters on the bed. They were so beautiful.

Very friendly staff

I had a wonderful stay at CC. Everyone I encountered was lovely and willing to help. Roomy shower, a nice size terrace, and airy space with lots of light was nice to experience. The only negative: the lack of a desk. That made work a little difficult to execute everyday. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I recommend CC for your Icelandic stay in Reykjavík.

Right downtown, Close to restaurants. The staff was great. Huge bathroom. Reasonable cost for the area. (Everything is expensive in Iceland, but what else do they have but tourists?)

The deluxe room is worth the upgrade. Little bigger room and better layout.

The balcony though tiny, allowed for fresh air and a great view.

Centrally located, plenty of restaurants, pubs, shopping in the area. Clean spacious room and bathroom. We were able to leave our luggage at 9 a.m. after disembarking our cruise. Reception very pleasant and helpful.

Room was very clean. Very helpful staff. Great location. Can hear music from nearby bars in rooms facing the street.

This is a great hotel in the middle of the downtown area. It is located on the main strip with all of the stores and restaurants in walking distance. Mel the front desk clerk made our trip. She took the time to provide us a map of all of the downtown area attractions and provided us a path to meet our time schedule on the both days we were there.

Great hotel with friendly staff, interesting decor, and super convenient location. The missing star is only because the common noise complaints are real, since the hotel is situated above the American Bar. But what it loses in noise it makes up for in its location, which seems like a decent trade off. Would stay here again.
