Rivertain飯店 (Rivertain Hotel)

I have been staying at this hotel since they opened. In the past I would always recommend this place. However, my last stay changed that. The receptionist refused to check in our foreign group 30 mins before the posted check in time, which would have been fine. However, she then proceeded to check in the Korean national with us as well as 2 other groups of people. It wasn't until I complained that she finally checked us in. I will be looking for somewhere else to stay on my work trips to Daegu.

Check in lady had some issues

In the VIP room a few things need to be added. There is no large mirror except for a small one in the bathroom. No bed side lights, the bathroom has not locks and lack of hangers. Breakfast is mainly Korean food

Great hotel

The woman at the front desk was so sweet, kind and warm. I felt very welcome and she was able to help me with any questions I had. Breakfast was one of the best offerings I have had on my trip so far. Room was very clean. The shower was excellent. Free parking was definitely a major plus.

There were clean room, kind employees and good food. Overall i was very comfortably stay.i wii visit again.

The staff. She had such a sour expression towards my girlfriend when we asked for a vacuum. Honestly it was quite crazy to see how rude someone could be. Otherwise the stay itself was okay.

The staff and breakfast were both very good, and the bathroom with the large tub was great, but the reason for the low score is that the hotel is right in front of bars and clubs which play loud music until the wee hours, so not a place to book if you would like to sleep.

Pros: Polite staff, great neighborhood, lots of small restaurants to eat in. Cons: We could hear other people's footsteps above our room.
