Very good. The elderly male manager is friendly and accommodating. the whole hotel is very clean.

Le séjour était parfait du début à la fin. Les hôtes ont été adorables et nous ont servi un petit déjeuner excellent. Le Onsen était très propre et très agréable !

Very spacious room, clean, friendly staffs, strategic location. I have been in Japan for many times and this hotel is the best in term of price and quality so far I have visited. Highly recommended to stay here if u plan to visit Amanohashidate.

pleasant and comfy stay, hotel is very clean, service is good. The location is just near to the ferry to at the Kasamatsu Park side. You can rent a bicycle and cycle over to Amanohashidate View Land. The onsen is clean and quite relax after a tiring day to Ine.

If all Ryokens in Japan are similar in quality and character to Shinpuro - no wonder why they love this type of hotel.

Japanese hospitality at its best! Our tatami room was spacious, well equipped and overlooked the garden. The owner could not have been more helpful and the food was excellent. The hotel is a stone's throw from the ferry on the Fuchu side of the bay and only a short walk from the funicular/ chair lift which take you up to the view point over the famous Amanohashidate sand spit. Ideal!

Excellent hosts. Could not fault Will be recommending this hotel to all our friends in Australia and beyond They are so helpful and courteous It is the best hotel and on the best location. On the water and close to all public transport

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast very much.
