很好 they will not hold luggage at check in and check is at 4, no a minute earlier, if you arrive early be prepared to carry your stuff around

No parking, terrible pool, dirty looking room with a couch that’s broken and falling apart. Housekeeping did nothing but make the bed after the 4th day of our stay. They don’t provide rags and you only get 2 towels for the whole stay. The property also ran out of toilet paper and the door handle to the bathroom was broken. 3/10

Multiple property addresses, blocks away. Does not match receipt. Be prepared to trek with luggages to your actual location. Rooms smell old and moldy. Broken fixures, bad plumming. At least the ac worked. They do not answer calls. But claim to be 24/7. That is dangerous considering your room is no where on the main property. Rude staff, well only one of them.

My three adult daughters and I stayed. We enjoyed it and it worked for us but our room was by the smoking area and the door wasn’t airtight, we could see daylight, so we could smell the smoke. The walk to lots of good food was short, the beach was a close walk and the staff was friendly.

The room was dark and scary and the whole vibe was not good. Shady looking characters roaming around the property. This is the only accommodation in my life that I had to check out of 10 minutes after checking in, and I've stayed at all kinds of places all over the world. Unhelpful staff. The room smelled like smoke and mold and was decrepit. The worst experience I have had in a long while. Shame on me for not heeding the other bad reviews.

BRANDON AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. I stayed with my two young teenage girls and we had a blast and love that the beach and the shops and restaurants on Collins were lively and open late.
