I checked before booking about air conditioning. We had a plug in fan that kept the room cool at night. There is no split or mounted air conditioning. Ask the staff to open your bathroom vent if it doesn’t open. Beautiful place with comfy bed!

Dice desayuno incluido y no es cierto solo te dan café y fruta 👎 y los colchones bien duros nada comfortables. La Hacienda muy bonita para tomar fotos 🙃

Love the hotel , the parking lot , the area of breakfast was beautiful. The wifi could use a little upgrade , but other than that everything was excellent. Staff was really nice and helpful

We loved this hotel. Clean and charming. It is located walking distance from the things we love to do in San Miguel De Allende. The price is extremely reasonable. Great breakfast and parking convenience. The only things that needed improvement are the shower head and the toilet. We will definitely come back!
