I always like the convenience of the location especially since it is right beside Costco. They keep the place clean and the breakfast is pretty good and has a variety. I just was not happy with the response I got when I told them that I messaged them through the Expedia App regarding having a room beside the elevator. My husband has a bad knee and would really appreciate not walking pretty far. I was told that the messages sent through Expedia App doesn’t reach the hotel. So, now I know I’ll make sure to call them next time.
