Oda gayet temizdi, otele girişten çıkışa kadar otel personeli çok kibar ve çözüm odaklıydı. Aileler için uygun bir otel. En güzeli de tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Teşekkür ederim

It was exceptionally clean and excellent staff around. It was great experience in the palace, especially very supportive to make you feel welcome.
Birhan the Manager, was really fantastic and arranged the whole experience. Also provided airport shuttle last minute.

Really nice hotel, whilst i am inclined to say nothing negative was experienced there were some small things which would help improve further. A menu at breakfast, price list and treatment options written down on paper at the spa so you can see exactly what is on offer. I almost felt like i was going in blind and not knowing what to expect.

A big earthquake occured in İstanbul couple of hours before my reservation. Hotel didn’t inform me about anything. I stayed in a safe public place for the night. İ contacted with Hotels.com about my request for cancelling the reservation. Customer service told me that Hotel Emirhan Palace will not refund any money. As result i lost money even if i didn’t get informed by them. I am a customer and im not happy at all.
